The sheets were not washed, I found hair all over the bed when I pulled back the sheets and someones nail clippings. It was disgusting.

On Sunday morning the free breakfast doesn’t start until 8. I needed to leave at 7:30 to make my flight. One of my selection factors for the hotel was free breakfast which I didn’t get because of timing. Recommend 7AM breakfast start.

We also have complimentary coffee and tea 24/7.
Our room was actually not in rentable condition. AC was not working properly. Telephone was disconnected. So no wake up call was possible. Alarm clock not working. Room had a funny smell. We asked to be moved but was told they were booked. When I drove my rental car to airport from the property to turn in, I was given a card with phone # to call for shuttle to return to property. I called twice— no answer. I had to call my husband to go to the front desk to tell them I need a ride. I will never book another La Quinta again. ... read more

Dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee undrinkable! Only crashed for a few hours before a long drive. Glad I wasn’t there longer.

Hurricane hit. They charged me and wanted my room so they could double dip, even though I could not use room. Not my choice to not use the room.

Hold jer langt væk fra det her nedslidte hotel. Hotellet og værelset var beskidt og nedslidt, poolområdet var klamt. En meget gammel AC enhed på værelset larmede som en jetjager når den kørte. Morgenmaden var super kedelig. Personalet var ligeglade og uhøflige og troede alt kunne klares med et "Sorry" En stor del af denne kritik påhviler Expedia, for deres billeder og beskrivelse af hotellet er meget langet fra virkligheden. The A/C unit was making a very loud noise, spoke to front desk and the maintenance guy attempted to fix it. It kind of worked for about an hour, then it started again and even louder. Told the front desk they said the maintenance had left for the day and there were no other rooms at all. No solution provided to make things right I could barely get any sleep and had to move furniture around to hold the A/C from moving so much. El edificio está en mala condición, y la persona que nos atendió, bastante mal, desatento, le pedí un cuarto más cercano al Elevador por mi operación de un accidente en la rodilla y la respuesta fue “no”.! Muy mala atención, y no se el porque el precio tan alto, la verdad un hotel de esa calidad no debe cobrar ni 80usd.! MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.
