I booked a room at the North property and was told at noon the same day of my arrival that they couldn’t take me due to not having enough rooms and that I was being send to their west property. I had to pick up my reservation at north and then drive to west. This property is old and poorly taken care of. My bathroom had a stained toilet, clogged shower drain, bugs walking through the room and dirty floors. Don’t waist your time or money with either of these properties.

I, like others, do not like the newly adopted policy of no cash at hotels. I understand the concern of customers doing damage and the establishment not having recourse without a credit card. What about the other way around? If I am mistakenly accused of causing damage I am not guilty of, then I have to fight it out on my end after my card is charged. Not pro this no cash movement at all. This will definitely curtail my use of hotels.
Musty room and the AC did not work.
Unit # 220 had clogged lavatory sink. Tub faucet handl broke making it difficult to turn on water. Faucet leaked badly. Terrible gym equipment was broken and can’t be used. Pool was filthy with debri floating in water. When arrive I was charged an additional $25 to check in 1 hour early which wasn’t advertised or stated when booking the room. I told the front desk about the conditions of the room and was ignored.

Our second bed was dirty.
We waited an hour for the hotel to pick us up from the airport when it only took 10 minutes the morning to take us to the airport. The was hiar in the shower.

Everything in the room was so old like they repainted over the wall as, microwave and refrigerator didn’t work, coffee maker without anything, this place is definitely not what it looks like and the ratings were not accurate. Not worth it at all if you know what you want which is the best for me I would give them a 2 starts for trying at times

The hotel was not very clean. My room door did not close completely. Being close to the airport and restaurants is one of the hotel’s positive features.
