No airport shuttle service I booked this hotel for friends of mine because it stated it had an airport shuttle service. I saw no mention it would not be available at 4:30
UNCLEAN When I checked in, I found out that they weren't sure if my room was clean based on what the system was showing. Someone went to check it, came back a little bit later and said it was clean so they gave me the keys. When I got in the room, as I was turning on the lamp, I noticed a bunch of stuff all over the bed - hair, etc. The same thing all over the pillows, on both sides! We had to wait a long time for a shuttle, had a call a couple of times to actually get the shuttle after a long wait, and during checkin, there was an older gentleman, who was obviously a new employee, trying to check atleast 6-7 people in line, we had to wait 30 mins in the lobby to check in. There was 1 person at 9pm trying to check so many in. and was taking a long time

The manager was rude and threatening I told him he was being rude and he kept telling me I was rude then he threaten me that he would cancel my reservation I was spending over $900.00 for 3 room I would think your employee would act a little more professional

Manager was very unpolite and refused to give me another room with a working AC even though they were not booked. Moved to hotel next door which was excellent. Do not stay at this rat trap.

The breakfast was horrible. My son's muffin had mold on it. The door to our room didnt close properly therefore allowing noise and light to come into the room.

Pro: very comfortable beds Cons: luggage rack was broken; A/C unit squeaked; room wasn't vacuumed; hot water = cold / cold water = hot; fridge froze everything inside (soda cans burst); couldn't open shampoo packet with wet hands
