I won’t go back
They gave us a room not clean and the shower did not work. We arrived late and were very tired after the park and couldn’t take a shower until they change our room. Then it was better.
Booked this hotel as a last minute options when airline delay was going to keep us in Orlando overnight. We didn’t end up using it because we had a 6am flight and got to airport at 12am. Called hotel to see about refund and also called Expedia and the response was no refund even though we booked it at 6pm day of and didn’t even check in. We even called to let them know 4hrs after booking that we need to cancel it. Customer service is awful and I will never stay at a la Quinta ever.

I arrived at 1:30 am after a long day of travel. The first room we are checked into had the air conditioner disassembled and a loud fan blowing. The next room to which we are assigned, has people already in it. The new room is not a two bed room as reserved. What a mess

The hotel overall was ok. Was disappointed in my room as the bed had a huge dent in it and there was no hot water. Had to take semi-cold showers.

Towels were not changed in the length of a 4 day stay. Trash was never collected from my room during my stay. Shower often did not have hot water in the evening. Loud guests several doors down. Something appeared to be splattered on the brass in the elevator.

Our limited amenities, due to covid are listed on our website and on expedia explaining limited cleaning services as well as when you check in at the front desk. We are sorry you missed this.
The hotel is old and grubby. Carpet dirty, internal doors broken. Thank goodness it was a one night stay pre cruise. Would never stay again.

Paid for a king size bed and only got an Olympic queen. We even switched rooms and still only 66 inches wide. A king is 76 inches wide. Fraudulent advertising on the part of the hotel. There should be consequences for such behavior.
