Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! We enjoyed everything from check-in to checkout.
Will be staying again!!! How the breakfast was only open until 9:30. McDonald's serves until 10:30. The pool and hot tub hit the spot after a long day at the theme park. The staff were very friendly. If I would have known that the hotel didn't charge extra for pets I would have brought out cat Luna.

Not we’ll staff showed bias, Unfortunately, my experience at this property was not a good one. The accommodations did not meet the standards advertised, and there were several issues during my stay that were not addressed. I would recommend that the host focus more on cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication.
