Disappointing
Poor Hot tub broken. We never saw anyone working on it for 2 days. No ice. The workout room needs attention to the machines. They either didn't work or were terribly squeaky. Windows were filthy. Totally needs some maintenance. We were very disappointed. One desk clerk got us a rollaway and was very helpful.

Would not stay or recommend this location to anyoe Our room smelled of animal. The windows were dirty. When I advised the front desk, they said they do not distinguish between rooms for animals and people that do not have animals. I find this very disturbing. When looked out the windows they were so dirty. The front desk said they only do them every so often. This should not be an option, if they are dirty to clean them. Breakfast was ok
Said in the sentence above the room temp was hard to control. the breakfast was the same everyday. maybe should change it up a little more from day to day and had to wait to get some of the items refilled a lot. chair in the room was filthy dirty and ran out of shower bath wash and it never got refilled and the Kleenex ran out. bath towels were very limited the one large bath towel and a little towel. Have stay at other Wyndham and they were a lot cleaner and more updated. very friendly staff

Overall, while the hotel was clean and comfortable, my experience with a mishandled lost item left me feeling that it is my experience with a lost personal item was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that this is not a secure hotel for guests’ belongings. I always travel with my own orthopedic pillow, and I accidentally left it in my room when I checked out on January 25. Terrible, horrible, wouldn’t want my dog to even stay here. Checked in for maybe 30 minutes and checked out and was told I would not be getting any of my money back because of “booking.com.” As soon as we walked in to the room we noticed black mold and stains on the comforter. As soon as I noticed this I went and showed these photos to the front desk and without a word was given another room key.
