It was a last minute stay and I delt with my issues due to the holidays but I will never return to this hotel. The elevator was not working, I was originally put into a room on the 5th floor but when I arrived the sheets were dirty, the tub was dirty and it didn’t drain water at all. I was then moved to a room on the second floor and same issues, sheets were dirty and stained, not enough towels in the room, tub was literally yellow and there were little hairs in the tub. piscina dentro del cuarto de baño si eres diabetico, no vallas a desayunar,no sirve, te engañan con el desayuno incluido, parecía que tenía una piscina dentro del cuarto de baño, la tina se mantuvo inundada todo el tiempo exponiendonos a contraer cualquier enfermedad en la piel buen trato del personal
Softball Weekend Beds were flat, pillows weren't very comfortable, elevator made disturbing sounds as it finished its ascent to the 5th floor, second morning couldn't find staff to get grab and go breakfast. Staff at check in and finally morning were great. Final morning, grab and go breakfasts were provided since we had to leave before service began.
Bad
Disappointing Ambient Breakfast did not had much options but the hotel name itself populating with beautiful breakfast.

Poor Breakfast was crowded coffee cups were tiny The elevator took 10 minutes for each trip. The room was great

DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED The general manager was insanely rude and acting in such a disgusting manner. I booked for a my wedding and he attempted to ruin that but it couldnt. I stayed at the WESTIN instead and enjoyed my stay there way better than this ran down property with poor customer service. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again but not use the outdoor amenities. They are not kept up with the proper chemica Pool and jacuzzi were very dirty. Bathroom door not practical Close to what we needed.
