Will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Our Room (310): Small roaches, mold, wet dog smell in room, window curtains with holes in them, heavy rust around bottom of HVAC unit, lumpy mattress with one side very saggy, bottom corner of bathroom door chewed off as if by small dog, large crack and discolorations in tub, extremely loud noise from the highway all night, window opens wide enough for child or adult to fall out. 3rd floor: peeling paint in elevator, mold on ceiling outside elevator, broken ice machine. 4 photos is not en... read more

DO NOT BOOK-worse hotel I’ve ever been to Room: the bathroom door didn’t shut, air conditioning smelled, toilet barely flushed, shower/tub had cracks, broken temp handle, and bad water pressure with lots of calcium build up. The room itself was gross looking with dingy carpets and the bedspread wasn’t thicker than a sheet. The pool and hot tub were so over chlorinated it turned my black bathing suit brown. All the pictures from room I saw a dirty chair with traces of sperm and blood on the pillows and pillowscases (they didn’t change pillowcases after other people) I’ll never come back to this Hotel

Poor We checked in and found we had no blankets for the pullout bed. I went down and asked for some and was treaded very poorly! The lady at the desk was hateful because I asked for something my room should have come with. No breakfast when we checked out. Same lady at the desk, she said they were out of everything. I’ll find a new location next time and leave my findings on google review. It is a great location and has always been nice
Fair Dog urine smell from the carpet, I’m not a pet owner..
