Decent They didn’t notify us before hand that there would be construction going on, woke up at 9am to them drilling holes and hammering things. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable

Mala experiencia en el hotel Casi todo, muy descuidado el hotel, su personal pocas veces sonríe o son simpáticos, nos cobraron un depósito de 100 dlls que no sabíamos y Booking no lo menciona, no hacen el aseo diario del cuarto, no cambian toallas, el desayuno y el área un desastre no hay nadie quien esté al pendiente, en fin varios aspectos negativos Poder descansar, no están tan mal los cuartos

Well….. u get what you pay for don’t let the pics fool you !!!! Dirty, rooms were ok but damage in some places. The tv wasn’t a smart tv the room phone was 1980s relic … Property was a nightmare!!!! I know it was under construction but was a very unhappy stay… had to stay because was booked by a third party .. and was a cancellation fee.. but the staff was awesome !!!!

Not only where we denied to switch rooms after a huge sink leak there was this lady that would not leave the children al Our room had a horrible smell that wouldn’t go away and our bathroom sink kept leaking and when we asked to switch rooms they denied us. It was in a good location and the pool was nice

I didn’t not like it the facilities were nasty the halls had wires hanging down the elevator didn’t The breakfast sausage and half the eggs were cold they orange juice tastes really watered down and the milk didn’t taste the freshest the halls had wires hanging down they gave us towels that were moist and wouldn’t bring to room we had to go exchange them the elevator barely worked the beds weren’t made

Worse than last time Room was down the hall from the dining area and back entrance was always held open by rocks. Hallway was hot and unsecured. Microwave did not work very well, error code on display so it was hard to tell what heat setting were. I asked about replacement and was told there are no other extra microwaves in the entire 7 story building, staff then suggested I use microwave in dining area if I needed one. Toilet was coming loose from the floor. Location to work
