Very disappointing this time. The frig didnt work in our room. There was no bath mat or hand town. There were 4towels and 2 washcloths given the first day. The second day, I had to ask for towels and was still given 4 but only 1 wash cloth. And our room wasn’t cleaned once.

Looking for another place Elevators have not been up and running since last year. Place seems more run down as time passes. Our room was so hot. Air never cooled it off I liked that it was close by to the venue we needed to be at

Poor The property rooms and hallways had a really bad odor, the elevators were nasty and stinky as well! The staff is unorganized, they gave someone else a key to our room while we we’re occupying it and they were trying to enter our room in the middle if the night while we we’re asleep! The excuse was “ someone forgot to update the system saying the room was occupied”. Overall horrible experience!
