Mal plan las instalaciones muy descuidadas y sucias, por cuestiones de COVID no entran ha hacer el cuarto así que tendrás que preocuparte por dejar las camas sacudidas y en condiciones para volver y acostarte, tienes que solicitar el cambio de toallas, desafortunadamente, al menos a mi no me avisaron de esto y la primera noche que volvimos del paseo me encontré con la habitación tal como la había dejado Solo la ubicación estuvo excelente

Fair The shower head leaked and the a/c wouldn’t stay at a comfortable temperature. The room smelled musty. Clean and close to airport.

Never again The room was nothing like the website showed, it advertised 2 queen beds with a sofa in the room there was no sofa and those were not queen beds. The bathroom was creepy with mold in the cracks of the wall, the shower knob was broken and it made loud weird noises when I turned the water to hot. The air was broken it was on 60 the entire time but the temperature in the room stayed at about 75 which was livable cool not cold like me and my kids like. No regresaré a este hotel Requiere mejor mantenimiento, no me explicaron que el servicio a la habitación está condicionado a solicitarlo un día antes, lo más desagradable fue la atención del personal en el front DESK, estaban molestos, nunca sonrieron, la verdad muy mal y desagradable, NO volveré a este hotel Al final no me gusto, esperaba más por las fotos

Fair Being told that I’d have to pay two different prices from what I was told due to the time of my arrival. Trash was piled in the hallways which should have been cleaned up more being that people are constantly in and out and they had a lot of cats when you walk in and out of the hotel. The location was very convenient.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, wenn auch nicht überragend. Frühstücksangebot hätte etwas größer sein können. Ich habe nachts gefroren weil ich die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten konnte im Zimmer, daher auch die insgesamt mittlere Bewertung, da die Nacht Schlaf mein einziger Buchungsgrund war. Sausages und Scrambled Eggs zum Frühstück waren schön amerikanisch und lecker. Bett war sehr gemütlich. Bad angenehm groß und es ließ sich schön warm duschen.

Never go to texas again The floor in the bathroom was so dirty i no cause I clean for a living I did not eat

Not coming back The hotel needs updating and cleaned the carpets are dirty and needed vacuuming, there were crumbs all through the hallways and the toilet and bath tub in our room was disgusting, the towels were hard and dingy the sheets were not fresh, the chair had a stain on it. Just overall not sanitary The staff was extremely friendly and showed great hospitality
