with roaches and construction going on everywhere and clean a broken mirror outside The manager and staff were very rude and not professional.and there are roaches The location that’s it

Bad the "handicapped " room on the "under construction " 8th floor smelled of urine and there was BLACK MOLD... the mini refrigerator took 8 hours to get cold...the staff didn't seem to care that we were having issues ... AND we had a couple of items stolen by the housekeeping staff... the location was perfect...

Poor I have stayed in this hotel MANY times in the past. The maintenance of this facility has gone down substantially. Unacceptable level. The front sliding doors were not working so had to be opened manually and closed manually. There is so much deferred maintenance, it looks terrible. The elevator flooring is crumbling under your feet. Some elevators not working at all. Missing trim at doors throughout the facility. Could not get a copy of the receipt because the printer was not working. Room thermostat on wall not operati... read more

Do not recommend this location!! Noisy, dirty and manager was extremely unprofessional! Breakfast was good

Not good. Staff was so rude, property was dirty, no room cleaning, we had to get our own towels from front desk, elevator was in bad shape, it had duck tape on cracked areas. Overall not a good experience at all. The last time we stayed there was 3 years ago and was very good, but will never stay there again.
