stay here if you run out of options. staff is useless and condescending. property advices executive king room with a sleeper sofa which has a poor quality very thin sprung out pad and no bedding (no blankets, no pillows, no covers, nothing!) Lady at the counter is totally helpless and one of us had to sleep with clothes on and covered with coats. unacceptable! I requested assistance. nothing. I requested a compensation. nothing! Avoid if you can.
Poor The shuttle does not start running until 6 am, which makes it impossible to make a 7 am flight. Even staff said 50% of their guests miss their morning flights because there is no way to get to the airport.

Cucarachas en todas las habitaciones La limpieza e higiene es pésima, nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación y en todas había cucarachas vivas y muertas y había epidemia de grillos; tuvimos que salir alas 1:00 am para cambiar de hotel Que pude dejar mi coche y salir muy temprano sin preocupación de su resguardo, solo llevas una hoja y listo lo puedes dejar allí sin problema
