Terrible Staff and facilities The hot tub never worked we have me a family emergency and they refused to give us a refund on one day we had to leave early super rude tried to put us in the wrong room at first

Fair for the price it could have been better there was construction so it was pretty loud during the day the only friendly people at the front desk was a guy and a older lady I really wish I remembered their names everyone else seemed underwhelming the breakfast was ok but i think they need to change the waffle machine tasted like chemicals

All was well, but the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The 5th floor was extremely humid. I understand the climate in San Antonio, especially on a rainy weekend. The room stayed humid and even with the air conditioner on. The blowdryer did not work, there were bodily fluids on the carpet (one white and a couple red) There was dried bodily fluid under the kleenex dispenser by the sink and a huge dried booger on the wall right by the entrance. Disappointing Both rooms smelled terrible, like old socks.

Definetly needs an update, and friendlier staff Musty smell, hardly any ameneties, Room had a musty smell, no shower cap, no lotion, rooms dont have a blanket, what was on it was so thin i was cold all night.

they knew room had no tv service and still gave us that room. one whole night with no tv for an elderly couple! we had no cable/tv service in our room. other rooms had service and we were not even offered a different room. asked for a discount of some kind and was told they didn’t do that. quiet

Very Poor There was roaches and stray cats outside Nothing

terrible it has really gone down. Dirty, noisy all night long. I dependable amenities. close to the airport
