The price helped make this trip a little lighter on my pockets. For a quick trip to drop my daughter off at college and The rooms need updating and a good scrub. There was mold in the corners of the shower/tub. The property is under major construction. You can hear all the noise in your room and I was staying on the 3rd or 4th floor. I did not visit the pool, but other in my group did and they were in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Bad Never cleaned the rooms , AC sucked, they gave me a regular king bed room when I asked and reserved and paid for a deluxe king bed with folding bed couch. The shower sucked no pressure at all. I could have pissed harder than that. Called customer service line and they made excuse after excuse on trying to make it better. Overall they get a 0 out of 10 being the best. Nothing about this Hotel. I made a damn mistake coming here. I will never stay here again

These rooms are only worth $50 a night, dirty, don’t clean rooms daily! Cleanliness of rooms, the hotel was dirty, and the price was too high for the quality. These rooms are only worth $50 a night, charging $100+ is a scam! They only clean rooms every 3 days 🤢 I liked the location of the property but that was about it. The price was too high for the quality of the rooms. They don’t clean the rooms everyday leaving a lot of dust and dirt in the room. They should be much cheaper $50 at most!

Fair The rooms were very little and nobody never came by to ask us if we need towels. We always had to go downstairs to get them. We tried to keep the rooms clean as possible by emptying the garbage. When the ladies came by to clean the other rooms that were vacated lost my phone. Everybody act like I had a disease or something I asked about using somebody's phone or helping me. Never go there again even if it’s free!!! There was construction right next my room on 5th floor am f the workers playing loud music while working. There was also Roaches in the room , on bed and 5 in the bathroom Wish I can a refund or stood somewhere else Was good full breakfast only reason won’t this property a flat zero rating

Will not stay here ever again. Poor service and poorly maintained rooms. I asked the front desk several times to let them know the volume on the TV was not working. I was told several times maintenance would come up. We never saw anyone. The refrigerator did not work and there was a leak dripping onto the toilet from the ceiling. When told front desk this, they did not seem to care nor was there any apology. The price was reasonable and close to the airport.

My stay in this hotel wasn’t good. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was dirty. Smelt bad. Thankfully I brought my own sheets & blankets. A/c was broken had to go to Walmart and buy a fan even though the hotel supposedly sent a maintenance to look at it. Overall condition of the room is terrible compared to pictures. Needs some renovations & just overall deep cleaning and keeping up of the hotel & rooms itself. Very disappointed.
