Poor The bedding had red and yellow stains, also the pillows and sheets. Mold in the shower room and had a Beatle and a dead grasshopper in the light of the bathroom. The hallways were also dirty, the Windows and I didn't want to have breakfast there it was to nasty. Like the location and the staff.

loud no quite time not clean not clean it near all stores

Good, but lots to improve. Breakfast had few options. This is compared to other hotels in Texas I've stayed in. There was no daily room cleaning, and we were told that most hotels post-covid had stopped offering daily room service. In fact, they offered to return my money while doing the check-in. This was in response to me saying that it wasn't clear for me at reservation time that there would not be daily room cleaning service. Fair Floors were dirty rooms were not sanitized.felt like I needed a bath after taking a shower there still felt dirty! It was a good location for me

mala atención en la recepción fueron groseros, supuestamente nuestra reserva en booking no existía, nisiquiera mi nombre de reserva. pasaron 20 minutos y supuestamente después de ese tiempo ya habían encontrado mi reserva. No se a que se debió esta pérdida de tiempo, pero lo que más enojo fue la actitud de la recepcionista, tratándonos como si hubiera sido nuestra culpa y nuestro problema. normal para una quinta

horrible when I first checked in the older lady that has short hair that was working the morning of Dec 8th in the front desk was SUPER RUDE . I had told her I have a confirmation number and she had said rudely I don’t need it just your name and then I asked if I could check in early and she said it was going to be a $29 dollar charge and i said okay . my grandma had came to visit my daughter and I for a little bit at the hotel and she had brought her dog down just so she wouldn’t leave her in the car and the same lady that ... read more

Poor The wall thermostat was not operational and I was cold all night. I learned in the morning when I woke up freezing that the heater actually worked fine, but not from the wall thermostat

Fair, met basic needs Older, outdated and some people staying with dogs not on leashes roaming freely in elevators. walls and doors in room not wiped down. Staff was very friendly, lobby was nice.Beds were comfortable
