Disappointing the shuttle and the breakfast don't start until 9, which is really late for an airport hotel. the bathrooms were old and bleak.

Esperaba algo mejor El cuarto se veia sucio y en general las instalaciones del hotel se ven viejas y descuidadas, definitivamente algo que mejorar. La cercania al aeropuerto y el servicio de shuttle son excelentes , incluso hay establecimientos cerca a los que puedes llegar caminando.

Upsetting I have stayed here all my life through the years and the hotel really needs to be updated The first room the a/c made a loud noise. Then the phone didn’t work when we tried to notify the front desk.then the restroom was horrible. Looked like it hadn’t been clean in forever. My wife is pregnant and I could not have her stay in a room like that. The sad part is I called the front desk and they didn’t even come up with switching our room it was the maintenance man who swapped the room after he saw my wife was pregnant... read more

worst one yet in the past 2 yrs dirty rooms. walls were splattered, tub was old and chipping and had caulking peeling off. the room was a lot older than the pictures used on the listing, loud freeway noise. I could go on and on. not much

Try Another Spot Advertised a free airport shuttle but it WAS ONLY DURING SELECT HOURS which was NOT ADVERTISED. Had we known, I would have not booked this property. Two other airport hotel offer a true free 24/7 airport shuttle Close to the airport

Staff was great, other issues were off-putting. There was a horrible noise outside during our stay. Some kind of pump or fan, fighting for its life. It was loud and obnoxious. Fortunately, it did stop late night and didn't start again until morning. The TV remotes did not work and we could not change the station on the TVs. Changing batteries did not fix the issue.
