Bad The whole place was very dirty. So cleaning, mopping and painting might help. The friendly staff

Worst Hotel stay The first room we got was so dirty. The bed sheets and pillow had hair all over. The walls and livingroom furniture were full of stains. A good cleaning and painting could help. The 2nd room they changed us to was not much better at least the sheets were clean. The staff was friendly

Frustrating! The airport shuttle to run all the time. Why have a hotel near the airport and not have the shuttle run 24/7. The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom. Close to the airport

Very Poor Fue una muy mala experiencia, el lugar estaba muy sucio, había ropa tirada de los huéspedes anteriores, al momento de llegar al hotel te indican que solamente realizan la limpieza del cuarto cada 3 días, y cuando realizaron la limpieza solamente limpiaron el baño, ni siquiera tendieron la cama ni sacaron la basura, no volveré a quedarme en un quinta..

Fair It wasn’t clean. Trash was full everywhere Covid was used as an excuse not to clean the rooms. However, because of covid, they should have cleaned more

Wouldn't stay here again. I like the Marriott brand far more. This property is outdated, dirty and needs TLC. The carpets are filthy, the bathrooms are old and not well taken care of. The lobby looks great but once inside and to your room it's old, needs attention, smells, and the carpets are so dirty and stinky. It smells like mildew and mold. King suite is very large!

Would not recommend and will not stay again. The cleanliness of the bathroom at arrival. No breakfast buffett like advertused. Maintenance was in the room upon our arrival at check in fixing the lights and that should have been resolved prior to our check in. It was 15 minutes to all main attractions
