Overall frustrating experience with a manager who was unfriendly and dismissive. This place needs a management overhaul Dilapidated bathroom, rotted wood, handicap accessible shower head had no water flow at all. Initially I liked the location and online said there was a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. This was precisely the reason I chose this hotel over others. Upon check in we were told the shuttle runs from 9am - 9pm. Not a fan of the bait and switch business model.

Fair El personal de recepción es muy poco amable el hotel se ve descuidado, encontramos 2 cucarachas en la habitación y seguimos esperando la llamada de la gerente!!!! La ubicación

disgusting it was dirty and old. Everything felt dirty from the towels to the tubs, flooring. just everything I didn’t and will never come back

Not staying here again. The property didn’t have enough disabled parking spaces. Keycard malfunction almost every day. Washers and dryers in laundry room are old and outdated and not enough. it was close to the airport.
