Horrible hotel and stay! Would not stay here even if it was free! Please don’t be fooled by the pictures shown online regarding this hotel. The pictures shown must be for a different location. This hotel is old and outdated. The sofa bed is dirty, restroom/ tub are old, and bed is hard as a rock. I paid over $200 for one night, and I would not stay here even if it was free. We stay there every time we go to San Antonio!!! This was the first time it’s been dirty If they would have cleaned our bathroom it was dirty, we called the desk to have it cleaned no one showed up! I had to buy cleaning stuff to clean it before we used it! That’s not right if we paid good money! We stayed three days Not enough breakfast it was gone wen we got there to eat!

I felt uncomfortable knowing it was dirty. The room was not clean at all. There was a cockaroach on the bed. Disgusting.

Please know we do have a pest control company come in on a basis regular basis to ensure we are pest free and have put the room you were in on a maintenance status.

Fair The hotel is a little tired and needs refurbishment. There were no bar facilities which is very unusual for a hotel even in these restrictive times.

staff was friendly, rooms were disappointing the rooms were not super clean, the website pictures of the room and hotel are NOT what the rooms actually looked like. the location itself to attractions surrounding the area

disappointed The room was advertised to have two king beds, which were full-size at the most. One blanket on one bed was stained. There were hardly enough towels. The shower and bathroom were barely clean. For the price we paid, this was all unacceptable. The pool was a great amenity.

it was fine. Nothinf great — probably will not come back. the front desk lady with long green hair!!!! rude, wasn’t nice or helpful or nice. bathrooms were dirty. it was convent only bc it was close to the airport. Courtney the front desk lady was the only nice and helpful person there!!!! she is probably the only reason I would consider coming back.

Disappointing The tubs in the room are stained and looked dirty. We changed rooms because the shower was broken. Overall disappointed with the appearance of the hotel. We expected more due to location and previous stays at other La Quintas. I would not go back to this location. Very disappointing and waste of money. Also no room service was available. Had to go down to front desk for towels, etc Location
