Disappointing At almost 4am, fire alarm started going off and everyone evacuated. Not sure what happened exactly but the alarms kept going off so it was hard to be comfortable Staff was very friendly

Pretty disappointing Mold in the bathroom and on bathroom ceiling, room smelled like cigarettes, air conditioner did not work Front desk worker Hilary was very nice and good at her job.

Hairy towels We had a hard time getting the room we booked. We ended up getting a suite, but the towels were full of hair. It was so disgusting. Location, upgraded to suite

Not really sure if I want to return The rudeness of 90% of the staff, the rude and arrogant construction workers, the lack of parking, the lack of proper lighting in parking lot, the disorganized staff How spacious the rooms were

Rooms were very outdated and not clean at all. Went for a two day trip that ended up being a one day because we weren’t Rooms were very outdated and not clean at all. Went for a two day trip that ended up being a one day because we weren’t comfortable with the cleanliness of hotel. There was a long hair on the bathroom towel. There were stains on the bed. Staff was nice. Check in was fast and easy
