Disappointing Lobby AC was out on a 100 degree day. Room and hallway cleanliness was not as good as expected. Hotel appeared to be under renovation. The bed was nice

I will not stay in this location ever again!!! The hotel was being renovated but our room was dirty and old. There was mold all around the shower and urine on and around the toilet. The shower dripped constantly and needs to be replaced. I would not stay there again. The young lady was on her personal phone while we were checking in and wasn't giving us undivided attention. Staff was great!! The location was great to get around the town. The lobby looked very clean and nice.

buena ubicacion pesima limpieza la limpieza, habia cucarachas en el piso del desayunador,la entrada al hotel tambien muy sucia, los pasillos de los cuartos tienen las alfombras manchadas, no hay limpieza profunada, ya no hay pandemia contraten personal¡¡¡ la ubicacion

birthday weekend ruined everything!! breakfast was to served till 930 I was told I went down to kitchen area at 850 and everything was shut down. beds were extremely uncomfortable. and I called before making my reservation to ask if pool and hot tub were open. but when we got there the hot tub was never working and pool was dirty. gates are also left open so random people were able to gain access of pool that were not staying there. it was my birthday weekend and it was ruined location was the only thing that was convenient
