No vuelvo a llegar a la Quinta Inn san Antonio Airport En las 4 noches NO hubo servicio de limpieza en la habitación (solo un día por petición nuestra); Baño sucio, mueble frigo bar muy maltratado; desayuno pésimo .... hay hoteles menor precio y mejor desayuno; en el check out la persona que nos atendió falta de amabilidad. Entiendo que quizás algunos servicios están restringidos por la pandemia .... pero la tarifa se cobra completa. No hay nada que comentar

Disappointing
Awful! I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such old mattresses. The rooms smell like dog urine, I had to be moved twice. My bathroom had a dirty towel with blood on it, & second room smelled like 100 dogs peed and never got cleaned. You could not pay me to stay there ever again. I did not eat

Bad Breakfast I wanted to wake up early to the expectation of a really good breakfast but when I got to the dining area the breakfast was mediocre. Just some bags of oatmeal, milk, cofee, and cereal. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows (not the covers) had saliva stains on them. The staff from the lobby was ok except when I was trying to serve myself some cereal, there was a lady that just stood there watching my daughter and I, as if she was waiting for us to finish pouring our milk.
