Unhygenic. When I went first went to my room, it was freezing and the AC was blasting. I turned the AC off, and quickly came to realize that it was used to disguise the potent smell of mold and mildew in the room. It was disgusting, and not conducive to healing after a surgery I'd had a few days before. If I'd had more energy, I would have asked for a room-change, though I'm not sure it would have made a difference. Breakfast was pretty good.

Okay We stayed at a couple locations. The Laquinta at airport south was terrible. It smelled of mold & had huge roaches. They did give us a half rate on the room. We moved locations the next day. The last one we stayed in was clean & the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good & kept full even with crowds.

Fair The tubs weren't sparkling clean. The sheets on the bed made my skin itch and the pillows were small. Also, I didn't find the bed to be comfortable. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel for free. Breakfast was good and the location is surrounded by shopping and plenty of restaurants.

Okay Had to change rooms due to keys not working many times
Very Poor It was worse than a motel 6 but 60$ more expensive than a motel 6 Nothing at all the first lady we met ..meli...was rude not very friendly. Very sarcastic

Close to the airport but arrive before 1145 pm. I didn’t see anything on Booking that told be they stopped their airport service at 1145 pm. I sent a message when I booked and the answer was nebulous at best. When we arrived (scheduled) after midnight there was no service I discovered and was forced to take a three minute $15 cab ride. In the morning the checkout clerk credited me the cab ride. Lose to the airport and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our visit to San Antonio, and when we comeback, we will stay at your hotel again. The bed mattresses, pillows, and bed covers felt well used, the bathroom looked like it could be renovated, and the TV acted like it had a virus. The overall experience was good. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the family had a good time.
