Pleasant Breakfast was poor. Room across from ours was smoking. Informed front desk twice but nothing was done about it. Made my stay miserable! Front desk was very helpful, pleasant and eager to help

Good Didn’t like that when I checked in the manager explained to me they had to charge me extra for my stay due to fees and taxes. They explained to me that booking .com didn’t include all the tax’s and fees and it clearly did include the taxes and fees and explained that they have a lot of people complaining that booking.com doesn’t have the correct amount of taxes so why hasn’t that issue been solved before ? Muy mala experiencia Derek encargado es la peor persona para recibir a uno con Booking. Nuestra reservación no estaba en el sistema, le enseñamos el teléfono con la reserva, lo que pasa es que combinamos de clave y no nos ha llegado...nos dejó, tuvimos que investigar, NOSOTROS, los teléfonos para hablar con Booking y lo pusimos en la línea, NOSOTROS, con Booking, me enojé, venía desde Sedona y casi nos corre del hotel. Muy mal

Exceptional Olores en piso 8 a marihuana. En el desayuno el huevo no está bueno esa vez tenía mi plato como agua en el.huevo. Pedimos pizza al cuarto de un folleto que estaba en Habitación, y el servicio no fue bueno pizza quemada, no lo recomienden si no tienen la calidad que ustedes necesitan para nosotros. La amabilidad ante todo.

Fair The front desk clerk was rude to my children, who are both 18 years old when they requested a key. The room was not cleaned very well, as there were popcorn kernels from the previous people who stayed in the room. It is an older hotel and the bathroom reflected such, as the bathtub was very grungy and Stained. The location was convenient and there was ample parking. Unfortunately, there was little else that I particularly was pleased with, for not offended by.

If you prefer home depot over mattress firm, La Quinta is the place to go. Beds were hard as a rock. And you could hear people in next room.
