Fair Bed was not comfortable. we were placed in a quiet area at end of hall… important because my husband had to be a work early in the morning.

Fair The blower fan on the heating unit was extremely loud and annoying. I was told by a staff member at the front desk that all rooms had been booked. So we couldn't change rooms or I would have done so. It was hard to sleep well with the loudness of the blower fan, but we couldn't turn it off because it was 19F outside. Also, our room was on the 2nd floor which means we have to use the elevator to get to it. Not that an elevator is any issue, but t his one smelled grossly of oil. Staff was friendly but disappointed overall with the stay. The a/c unit was loud and sounded like it was going to catch on explode. There was water damage in the room that looked like mold in the bathroom. There were clothes left in the dresser drawers from previous occupants. Found wallet in nightstand. There was a sulphur smells in the hotel off and on. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Fair We checked in about 10 at night and was told that there were no rooms available and that we didn’t have a room as we had not paid for it already: Not only did we provide our booking confirmation but we called earlier that day to confirm our late arrival directly with the hotel and our credit card was already charged that morning for it. Once we proved that it had already been paid even though our booking clearly indicates that no prepayment required and that you can pay at hotel, we did get a room but it was not the roo... read more

leaking sink, towels were wet, mildew on shower curtain, torn baseboards from animals apparently! not clean location

Bad this place has roaches when I opened the hotel room it totally grossed me out . nothing it was dirty
