Disappointment in ,Texas Unfriendly front desk , condition of the room and the room supplies lacking. Was not welcomed and given any info on where things were located or when breakfast was available, any info about the pool, or even the location of the elevator we were to take to our room on the second floor. The room was a bit beat up. Paint gouges through out the room and an old spill on the wall next to the bed, gouges in the furniture. This will be the last time I will be staying at this hotel. some if the front staff were very unprofessional, air conditioner was very loud, which caused my family and I to loose sleep. clean room
Disappointing
Average room, with worst room service I've ever seen. Zero room service, zero. We stayed 4 nights and had to ask for towels, etc. They appear to only service the rooms AFTER you leave. For the money, I expect at least fresh towels. Will never stay there again. It was an average hotel, nothing special. It was run down in areas. The floor was coming up in the elevator, looks like it hadn't been maintained. The room was okay.
