We were unable to stay because the hotel could not accommodate our boat and made no effort to try. The property manager was very unwilling to accommodate our needs or to put customer service as a priority.

I won’t stay there again. I paid extra for a deluxe room that showed to have a sitting area with a small sofa. There was only a chair and coffee table. TV was terrible. Fridge didn’t work. It was clean.

Fair I fell in wet paint outside the front doors where there were no wet paint signs

My stay at this hotel did not meet my expectations; it is furnished well but needs repairs. The hotel looked liked it needed better repairs; the border at the bottom of the elevator was not fixed very well, it looked like there had been water damage in the bathroom, and there was a soft spot in the floor in the bathroom from what seems to be water damaged floor boards. There were also areas that needed to be swept or mopped better. The bed was comfortable and the room was well furnished. The check-in process was fairly easy.

even with a sentence it will not sum up my stay kids were running rampant on our second floor hallway and loud even with that I have to wait 14 days for 2, 50 dollar deposits since I had 2 rooms and no towels or toiletries or the room was not done after my family and I went about our business Saturday when we returned no towels were replenished or toiletries and room was not even made no signs stating rooms were done on day of departure location was good
