Disappointing
Very Poor The pool was filthy. The hot tub was broke. The room had bugs. The handle was broke in the shower. Breakfast week days was minimal. Housekeeping pretty much non-existent. They screwed up the reservation and were rude about it. The internet . The location.

my worst visit to a La Quinta EVER! I have never been treated so poorly on arrival in 30 plus years. worst front counter experience, disorganized, no answer for questions asked, number 1 answer was I'm new here, manager not available to receive calls for assistance, manager lives 10 miles away, did not get room reserved. coffee was great. breakfast was normal. staff was helpful

Scammers Everything including the fact that they charge you a deposit that takes way too long to get back and they change your rate whenever they want even if you have already stayed a few days they go back and change your rate. Also tried to charge my wife's card 50 dollars after we were gone Nothing

I was not impressed with how I was treated and how my situation was handled with having to switch rooms and also pay the I did not like my room. The room that was available at the time had cockroaches and stains in the beds. Not impressed at all. Also, the staff was not trained at all on customer service. Very disappointed. Do not stay here. Fair The staff could have been a little more helpful without the attitude and the rooms should have been cleaned better without hair in the bathtub along on the bed that wasn't mine.also we didn't need hear staff arguing among each other. the breakfast was not good,if it wasn't for the waffle nothing much there because the bruised old fruit,same fruit no one touched.Thought by the Yelp pics with eggs and sausages it be different.
