Bad Location Beds were like bricks and we had 2 rooms on separate floors and they were not willing to move them

Disappointing Smell of sewage in lobby and where breakfast was served. Found cokroach in dresser drawer. Asked for clean towels and to have trash emptied and they never showed up. Hot tub was broken and pool and grounds were dirty. Shower had no water pressure. Beds were comfortable

The staff was amazing. They worked as a team. The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms got warm at times during the night for some reason. Like mentioned above, wish the waffles was available. The staff was friendly, they helped each other and very professional. Also, the breakfast was great, only wish the waffle maker wasn't out of order

Disappointment in ,Texas Unfriendly front desk , condition of the room and the room supplies lacking. Was not welcomed and given any info on where things were located or when breakfast was available, any info about the pool, or even the location of the elevator we were to take to our room on the second floor. The room was a bit beat up. Paint gouges through out the room and an old spill on the wall next to the bed, gouges in the furniture.
