It was disappointing, especially considering the price. Exorbitant price for what I got. Floors and bathroom had not been cleaned.
I needed a place to spend the night and be close to where I was going in the morning. It would have There was something brown on the toilet lid and hairs. Trash under the cabinet in the bathroom. Tv controller did not work. Dog barking early in the morning. Location was convenient to get food and I was 2 minutes from where I needed to be the next morning
very disappointed please call…. 816 916-8537 cockroaches dirtiest elevator I have ever seen outside trash was overflowing (Bad) moved me from the 1 floor to the third incidental charges. I don’t believe this is legal.

Absolutely terrible Place was disgusting, food wrappers not cleaned up, shower was nasty there was hair all over the bathroom. Just sorry excuse for a room Locations great and lady at the desk was very polite
I just wish my room was as nice as the hotel that I paid for. I didn’t like that we paid a lot of money for what was one of the best rooms in the hotel and then the sink in my bathroom has a slow drain, my shower sprouted water from not only the shower head but the spicket so the shower pressure was low, the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. Bad The room smelled if smoke and chemicals. I had to have windows wide open the entire time.. The staff were great
