I wouldn't stay there again. My bathroom had bugs. I told the staff 2 days in a row and had a picture of the bug. no compensation was made, just some excuse about homeless people that come in and bring in the bugs, which is curious since we were on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness was so so. no vent in the bathroom. coffee in the thermose was cold all three days and they kept using the same thermos instead of tossing it and replacing it with one that kept the coffee cold. the lobby entrance looked nice but the rooms were old. Horrible I won’t be back ?? There was a lot of activity going on the fact that dogs are allowed. The bed don’t have a fitted sheet. the lamp shade is broke. Nothing
Fair Well if you like asking repeatedly to get your room cleaned even though we only asked 2 times the 2 weeks we were there. It never got cleaned. Also if you like the smell of marijuana coming from other rooms and smeeling it the minute you get off the elevator then hey this hotel is for you. And the night auditor is too busy to help you because she is always with her boyfriend and when she does help you, she is rude.

Fair I had originally booked two nights at the hotel. When we got the schedule for the event we were attending I saw I only needed one night. So I called to cancel my Friday night reservation and keep Saturday. Upon checking my reservation 2 hours later I noticed the girl canceled the wrong night. When I called back I was told the hotel was now fully booked for the Saturday night and there was nothing they could do.
