very poorly managed. thankfully I was able to cancel 4 other nights I had resevered and moved to another location. would poorly managed nothing

I was unpleasantly surprised by my experience given the high reviews. The parking lot is tiny. Only 1 way in and out. I cannot imagine attempting to get my truck and car trailer in the lot. The overall cleanliness was poor. Sheets. Carpet. Bathroom. I did not anyone from the cleaning staff during my stay. The location is excellent being situated close to highways.

A Monetary Nightmare! The main issue we had this time was that we were double charged for our stay. The management would not admit it was their mistake and we had to go through our bank to get the second set of charges dropped. What happened was that when I first checked in they gave me a receipt to sign and initial certain policies such as non-smoking and pet policy. I will never stay here again I asked for extra day and I was told it was already taken care of they even gave me a new k elevators not working floor very dirty and sticky! access to highway and stores

We didn’t like this location the building was old and needs some attention The room I booked was no longer available, so they upgraded the room to a suit at the same price. We got the room the air was on low so the room was very hot, the refrigerator was not plugged and smelled. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room never cooled down. What little sleep I got from all the doors slamming all night. The free breakfast was terrible we got there late but food wasn’t replenish and the dining room was dirty. DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The infestation of flying ants in the room. No, and I mean absolutely no housekeeping during the three day stay. Even after asking the reception multiple occasions for the room to be cleaned, fresh towels and toilet paper nothing ever happened. The only excuse given was that they were short staffed. The location. It is the ONLY good thing about this hotel!

The staff was very helpful. Room wasn’t clean. Had to change sheets and clean bathroom as soon as we arrived. Place is not in best condition. Big water stain on bathroom ceiling, sink stopped up and just worn out It was ok. Waffle was really bad but other items were ok.

Fair stay, probably won’t stay there again but worked for one night Our bed sheets were dirty when we got into the room, they changed them no problem. The shower had mold growing in the corners and just outside the shower. The property was easy to navigate
