Disappointing
Good location, nice staff Tub spout diverter needs to be replaced. It pours out the spout while in the up position for the shower. Room smelled a little moldy. Air freshener would work. I picked the location for it's proximity to my first stop on a sales trip.

Bad The damaged Room. The dirty Bathtub. Everything was so dark. Never again Nothing

I'm thinking to choice another hotel, next time that we go to Waxahachie. Room has terrible smoke odor. Bathroom was with terrible odor too. Shower is old and with a rust all over. AIR CONDITIONER PROVIDE A LOT OF HUMITY. We feel like wet. And the floor outside of the bathroom feel like sticky. We staid on room 217. Location is right where we need it. Room size was perfect. Staff is very gently and easy going. Specialty night shift staff.

Ok Weekend employees were gossiping and complaining about their hours loudly on Saturday and Sunday morning while cleaning by the second floor elevator. They were using old smelly water to mop the floor down stairs by the coffee machine which was very dirty and bad deodorant to breath. Location.
Nice and comfortable I like the rooms my only problem was the restaurant experience. Keep food nice and fresh for everyone or close the restaurant don’t offer free breakfast .we can always get another hotel. Breakfast was ok but the person was in charge was rude and lazy we asked for more eggs at 9:30and she didn’t want to make more and she was seating on the sofa with her cell phone she just didn’t want us there so restaurant experience was horrible just for her….

Bad The room was a mess bathroom was nasty The a/c leaked water all over the floor it was horrible never will stay there again even if it’s the last room in town not worth the headache
