Disappointing. We were intruded upon in the early hours of the morning by housekeeping. This was a staycation for myself and my partner, as we are currently living in separate locations. An incredibly intimate moment was interrupted and it is unlikely without restitution that I will return to one of your hotels.

Disappointing lots of screaming and comotion in the middle of the night by other guests woke up wondering if another guest was being Robbed ? maybe have a security guard after midninght .

Disappointing The carpet had not been cleaned. It was very dusty and smelly. There's shower smelled real bad, and it will just overall, not very clean. Also, my credit card was charged twice for the room.Now I have to wait the next day to speak to the manager, i'm very upset. The front desk lady was very nice. Also the bed was very comfortable

If staying in a clean hotel without foul smells is important, beware! The first room had a horrible smell of animal. They gave us a second room. After sitting in it for 30 minutes with a running toilet we went to the front desk to see if we could cancel. They said it was too late. We ended up walking out without staying. The hotel felt dirty and gross. I was surprised because we had stayed in the Waco location and the experience was great. Now I’m unsure if I would ever book a La Quinta hotel again. Disappointing
Great location pet friendly hotel in Waxahachie. Major issues with room cleanliness!!! Room was very dirty. There was a pet room with kibble on the floor and dust bunnies everywhere. This was one of those rooms where you are afraid to walk around barefoot and if you wear white socks, you should plan to throw them away. While I love pet friendly hotels, you should not be subjecting your guests with a pet to a substandard room with regards to cleanliness.
