Disappointing It wasn’t very clean. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. They allow pets so pet hair was almost everything including the cart to load/unload your luggage. Breakfast didn’t have very many options at all. Staff cut in front of guests to make sure he ate and got food. My original reservation got canceled without my knowledge. The air conditioner in our room was leaking so the whole floor on that side was soaked. The location. It was near a lot of places to shop and eat.

Disappointing Needs a deep cleaning. Everything was close by walmart heb and food places

It was ok but not great like it has been in the past. Our room was humid and at times it smelt like the sewer was backing up and the complementary toiletries were dirty. Looked like someone put them there right when they finished cleaning the toilet. There was even a tiny gem on the dirty bottle. Maybe came off their nail? The staff is always nice and I love that.

Short The breakfast was not good and the halls smelt like smoke The beds and the location

Overall I feel my stay was just below average. I did not get the room I requested. (Which I paid extra for). The ice machine on my floor was broke and I was told I could go up or down to get it. I’m sorry the tone of the employee was terrible. The carpeting in the room was very wet and had an oder to it. Location

My families stay at this property was extremely unpleasant and nothing close to what was advertised The first thing was the staff were rude especially when it was time to check in. They gave instructions on how all refunds would be given on the credit cards on file then once you checked out and left the property they stated that they could only do cash. Bad I booked a room! Broke down on the highway! Called to cancel! Was on the side of the road, and they wouldn't work with me! Had to pay for the room anyway! Won't stay there again!
