The property needs to be updated for the price that you pay The chairs were worn out in the dining room. The boxsprings to the bed was creaking. Every time we moved on it it was clean, and the staff was great, but you could just tell it was outdated for the price not happy. staff was great and the location was great to visit family

Disappointing The living room tv did not work when we arrived in the afternoon. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance, the man said he would bring us a new TV so the remote would work but he didn't come back. I called the next morning and the front desk could not give me a clear answer if this issue would be resolved. The card to my room randomly stopped working and the front desk staff made it seem like it was my fault it happened. Nice people. Wished that jacuzzi feature was correct. False advertising of Jacuzzi. Have the channels came with a child block code- no one had it- so TV was tricky Quite and every one sweet and helpful.

Don’t stay here!! Is did not like this hotel at all. Will never stay here again. The rooms weren’t as clean as we thought they would be. Pictures looked great but was not up to par. The staff was rude when asking for extra towels so I wasn’t happy about that. Hot shower.

Bad The facility was nasty and dirty! My bed had bed bugs and hair. Sheets were completely dirty. Still waiting on a refund, IF approved!
