Staff was friendly but disappointed overall with the stay. The a/c unit was loud and sounded like it was going to catch on explode. There was water damage in the room that looked like mold in the bathroom. There were clothes left in the dresser drawers from previous occupants. Found wallet in nightstand. There was a sulphur smells in the hotel off and on. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Fair We checked in about 10 at night and was told that there were no rooms available and that we didn’t have a room as we had not paid for it already: Not only did we provide our booking confirmation but we called earlier that day to confirm our late arrival directly with the hotel and our credit card was already charged that morning for it. Bad this place has roaches when I opened the hotel room it totally grossed me out . nothing it was dirty

Very Poor The pool was filthy. The hot tub was broke. The room had bugs. The handle was broke in the shower. Breakfast week days was minimal. Housekeeping pretty much non-existent. They screwed up the reservation and were rude about it. The internet . The location.
