Fair Staff were not friendly at all. Mold in the shower. People loud and running in the hallway throughout the evening and after midnight
A Good Start; but Much Work Remains Aforementioned. Too much trouble to do photos since that’s management’s job. There were obvious attempts to make the site attractive and provide utility comforts. The Lobby was decorated nicely along with an all day coffee bar. 24-7 coffee bars are one of my comforts when traveling because I am a coffee addict. Fair Breakfast was lackluster. We were without air conditioning in our room for two out of four days. This is a convenient location for the trip planned. Price of room.

Very dissatisfied The restroom inside my room was not clean thoroughly. The front desk staff informed me that water had not been supplied to the hotel and surrounding areas for two days due to waterline issues in the area. I feel that is something that should have been made known to hotel guests before they booked their stay. The level of uncleanliness was UNACCEPTABLE DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES OF COVID AND THE DELTA VERENT!!! Fair When I arrived there was an employee outside watching a video of some kind on her phone. I spoke to her and walked in (Bags in hand.) I stood in the lobby a good 10 minutes or so when the young lady from outside walked back in and said can I help you? Really, you’ve been out there all this time on your phone KNOWING someone was standing there waiting on you? And bugs, I killed 3 baby roaches in my room. When I reported it on the way out.
