Fair We checked in about 10 at night and was told that there were no rooms available and that we didn’t have a room as we had not paid for it already: Not only did we provide our booking confirmation but we called earlier that day to confirm our late arrival directly with the hotel and our credit card was already charged that morning for it. Bad this place has roaches when I opened the hotel room it totally grossed me out . nothing it was dirty

Very Poor The pool was filthy. The hot tub was broke. The room had bugs. The handle was broke in the shower. Breakfast week days was minimal. Housekeeping pretty much non-existent. They screwed up the reservation and were rude about it. The internet . The location.

my worst visit to a La Quinta EVER! I have never been treated so poorly on arrival in 30 plus years. worst front counter experience, disorganized, no answer for questions asked, number 1 answer was I'm new here, manager not available to receive calls for assistance, manager lives 10 miles away, did not get room reserved. coffee was great. breakfast was normal. staff was helpful
