Disappointing The price about the rooms I didn’t like that I have been in a room paying 63.27a day I stay Monday then I try to get the same room again they told me that is going to about 105 that is right I might be looking for another motel that they can make right
Could use some work In my suite, the ac unit in the bedroom did not cool and made a huge wet spot on the floor throughout the room. I also walked into the bathroom and slipped and fell in a huge water puddle from the roof leaking onto the floor. I notified the staff of the problems and they said the “manager” wasn’t there to talk to him in the morning. No concern and no offer to change my room. Pedí reembolso no me lo dieron pedí descuento por la incomodidad de dormir en sofá no me dieron 2. Pedí primer o segundo piso x mis nietas no me lo dieron Pedí 2 camas éramos 2 adultos y 2 niñas. No me lo dieron Incompleto. Pedí cancelación y reembolso porque no tenían cuarto con 2 camas como yo lo reservé y no quisieron . Disappointing The walls paper-thin you could hear other guest and the bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The neck was hurting so bad from the flat pillows tht I had a headache and bed was hard as a board. There's not enough lighting on the room or bathroom The price
Poor WITH SOME EFFORT THIS PLACE COULD BE MUCH MORE PLEASANT AND PRESENTABLE. STAFF NEEDS TO DRESS PROFESSIONALLY, UPGRADE THE CLEANING SERVICE IN ROOMS AND ON HOTEL GROUNDS, MAKE THE MINOR REPAIRS NEEDED. LOCATION CONVENIENT, HOTEL ITSELF HAS GONE DOWNHILL DRASTICALLY SINCE 2020. Pathetic Management needs to present himself in managerial attire. As he was dressed as if he was BBQing in the backyard the two days I saw him I was less than impressed. The fitness room was gutted and unusable. I'm sure they will use COVID as an excuse to cover this, but that one resident who has been staying there for several months stated that the fitness center has been out of use since she arrived. Overall LaQuinta Waxahachie stay The rooms are not clean like I expected them to be. The shower/ tub was very dirty upon arrival and so was the sink. The beds were also super uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard as a rock and extremely hard to sleep on. The a/c kept blowing dust in the air which caused me and my partner to sneeze a lot. Wasn’t the best place The first room me and my husband it smelled like really heavy smoke. Then the second room we had it smelled better but the room just felt really dirty the shower curtain had mold on it. The place just wasn’t a very good clean feeling. The staff was very helpful.
