The room could have been cleaner. There were doubts that the sheets had been changed. The room was not as clean as it could have been. We found a long hair in our sheets that didn't belong to either one of us. The breakfast was fine.
Disappointing
Bad Prior to our stay beginning, we were precharged and over charged the incorrect amount. Upon speaking with the front desk attendant and management, we were told that there was nothing they could do and that if a refund was issued it would take a number of days to get our funds back. Disappointing but ok The fact that my room was canceled after I spoke to the guy on duty 3 different times prior to my arrival. Once there I was informed there were no rooms available. The girl behind the desk argued with me. I went & grabbed my phone & was able to book a room while standing right there. Even though I apologized she was not friendly at all. Next morning housekeeping made a point to tell me that the girl ended up going to the emergency room as though it was my fault for being upset !!! Location

Bad experience Unprofessional response to my injury the closet door fell off when I was opening it and landed on my left forearm as I put up my arm from keep the door from falling on my face ..front desk wasn’t very considerate of the door falling . I ended up with a bruised forearm from the door falling
Weekend with no TV. The remote to the TV did not work. They were so busy that it was 3 hours later be anyone could come look at the TV. The nice lady did her best but nothing. She was super nice but she forgot to tell the maintenance to check out the TV. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke soon as we walked in the room and we don't smoke. I told them about it and they made a note of it. The lady was helpful and did what she could. Love the lady. The pool was nice and the staff was nice and the place as a whole was nice.
