There are really no words o sun it up… it was not worth almost $300 for 2 days… Yhey get zero to 1 star from me! The roaches in my room, the smell, I requested my room to be cleaned and it never got cleaned, the stains on the sheets and comforters…. it was horrible!!! I asked the manager to give me a call today when she got in and no call! that it was close to Walmart and food places!

Unsatisfactory Visit The door to my room was open when I got there. The room had not been cleaned. The toilet was dirty, and the surfaces in the room were disgusting. The bed felt like a boxspring and the desk chair was broken. I did not sleep in the room either night that I had booked. I need a hotel room in this area once a month for work and I will not be returning to this hotel.

Bad property old and in need of repair. will not stay here again. arrived at 2:35 for 3 pm check in. check in prior to 2:45 was a $30 early check in fee I don’t think so. will find a more accommodating hotel in future

The worst place ever don't book here ever. !!!! HAD to call a supervisor. Our stay was horrible. Room was not clean and had crumbs or who knows what in the bed. Its the worst stay we have had anywhereOf the staff either had a neck problem or they couldn't even print a receiptWent through Booking.com l.q. didn't even know about it. The beds were like a cardboard box. Everyone Lobby was clean thats about it

Dirty, Dusty, Small and Dark rooms. Terrible smell The room was dusty and dirty. The bed had hair under the sheets not sure if it was pet hair or human hair or both to be honest. The hallway on the 2nd floor where I was told no animals are allowed smelled HORRIBLE. The smell was so strong of pet urine my son had to put his shirt over his nose. It was terrible. I was unpleasantly surprised by my experience given the high reviews. The parking lot is tiny. Only 1 way in and out. I cannot imagine attempting to get my truck and car trailer in the lot. The overall cleanliness was poor. Sheets. Carpet. Bathroom. I did not anyone from the cleaning staff during my stay. The location is excellent being situated close to highways.

A Monetary Nightmare! The main issue we had this time was that we were double charged for our stay. The management would not admit it was their mistake and we had to go through our bank to get the second set of charges dropped. What happened was that when I first checked in they gave me a receipt to sign and initial certain policies such as non-smoking and pet policy.
