Gross and dirty Room and hotel was dirty and old, black mold in our shower, so much was breaking down and the breakfast was the grossest breakfast I've ever had Staff was super nice

Pretty bad. Room was dirty; understaffed meant they had no way to fix. Staff itself was nice but overwhelmed. Staff tried their best and some deserve raises.

Bad Upon my check in everything went well, Until I went to the 3rd floor and disfected my room myself . I went to lay down to take a nap . I'm woken by a barking dog , kids running up and down the hall way . I called the front desk twice no answer. I called again then upon a female voice talked so fast that "she was helping other guests to check in . I understand that, I waited and waited on the phone . quick and uncomfortable check in took forever. they were training a person.. 5 different families were waiting to check in.. I feel like he could just watched until they were caught up, the bed was so hard and kids ran up and down the hallway all night. it was nice

not great add to call for service I still haven’t got my deposit back. I cleaned my own room staff was very rude especially the manager. my dog is a service dog I still paid 400$ in pet fees. cause they didn’t believe me. I have my paperwork to show for ptsd pet friendly

very unsatisfied Worst bed ever. Hard as a rock. Ordered a room with couch and no coach so I was forced to pay an extra $10 for an uncomfortable roll away bed. There was water all over the floors in the hallway and people almost slipped. It took almost 2 hours for it to be mopped up.

Ugh People were super loud, one employee was walking around with his shirt off, our checkout was supposed to be at 12 and we were being harassed at 11:30 to leave Sleeping
