Absolutely terrible Place was disgusting, food wrappers not cleaned up, shower was nasty there was hair all over the bathroom. Just sorry excuse for a room Locations great and lady at the desk was very polite

I just wish my room was as nice as the hotel that I paid for. I didn’t like that we paid a lot of money for what was one of the best rooms in the hotel and then the sink in my bathroom has a slow drain, my shower sprouted water from not only the shower head but the spicket so the shower pressure was low, the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. I wouldn't stay there again. My bathroom had bugs. I told the staff 2 days in a row and had a picture of the bug. no compensation was made, just some excuse about homeless people that come in and bring in the bugs, which is curious since we were on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness was so so. no vent in the bathroom. coffee in the thermose was cold all three days and they kept using the same thermos instead of tossing it and replacing it with one that kept the coffee cold. the lobby entrance looked nice but the rooms were old. Fair Well if you like asking repeatedly to get your room cleaned even though we only asked 2 times the 2 weeks we were there. It never got cleaned. Also if you like the smell of marijuana coming from other rooms and smeeling it the minute you get off the elevator then hey this hotel is for you. And the night auditor is too busy to help you because she is always with her boyfriend and when she does help you, she is rude.
