unsatisfactory unkept location

Fair I had originally booked two nights at the hotel. When we got the schedule for the event we were attending I saw I only needed one night. So I called to cancel my Friday night reservation and keep Saturday. Upon checking my reservation 2 hours later I noticed the girl canceled the wrong night. When I called back I was told the hotel was now fully booked for the Saturday night and there was nothing they could do. So I had to go online and rebook through a third party and ended up paying $100 more for the room than my orig... read more

Fair AC working. AC unit would not stay on and temperature was hard to sleep. Told front desk, they said it was out of their control.

Pleasant They hot water went out then lost all water pressure from 5 -9:30 pm the front desk could not provide any info and was very rude and would not consider any type of compensation. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times since January 10th and this was the first time I have had any issues Everything but the issue below

Pleasant The cleaning staff knocked at the door before the 11:00 check out time even with a do not disturb sign on the door. Then I got a call at 11:00 a.m. pronto asking if I was staying another night. I think it was extremely rude, sometimes things are out of your control and I am sure there was another room to be cleaned :( Room was okay.

Disappointing I have no problem with animals, but when they are barking from 4am until 11am is not a good experience. Also the fact that they did nothing about the marijuana smoking going on that traveled into every room on the floor I'm sure. You could smell it from the elevator.
