Thanks but no thanks They didn’t have double beds I paid for - son had to sleep in filthy fold out that had fries and DQ spoons - very uncomfortable for him. Too many dirty things to mention. Also If you are trying to avoid Covid you would almost be the only one there doing so. Nobody from Staff to patrons were wearing masks. I chose the best looking option from the list and paid a premium rate. We were disappointed. The check in person was friendly.

Fair It was very noisy hard to sleep shower door was messed up. My door cards dident work at first Beds and pillows was soft

When I called back to speak with the mgr on Tuesday I got the run around and some employee named Ric The lobby floors were dirty, lobby rug was not vacuumed the whole time we were there, elevator was dirty, had to have keys scanned 4 different time to get in the room. They were having a huge loud music filled party in the conference room that you could here outside. Rude staff poor management Rude staff no face mask protocol for staff like advertised. Trouble with extending stay at front desk and had to call reservation desk. Then front desk argued about reservations and was very rude will never stay there again at any other properties Cold air

Could’ve been worse I guess Checked in our room, sheets were dirty, floor was super sticky in bathroom and room, with black hair everywhere The coffee

Fair I have stayed at several La Quinta hotels and have never been charged a pet deposit until this one Nor have I been told that because i have a pet i must stay on the 1st floor. If I pay a non refundable pet deposit why does it matter what floor I'm on.

Very bad. Never have I experienced anything as bad as this. Well, I am not sure where to start. When we first checked in, they put us in a room and there was food with mold in one of the dresser drawers. Second room had trash in the closet and the bathroom was dirty(toothpaste sprinkles all over the tissue box and sink). WIFI was not able to be logged in from the second room and staff was insincerely apologetic. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! The only thing I like was the location.
