The hotel should refund part of the money due to the bad bed.. breakfast did not start until 7, for early travelers it was not ready and had to pay for a meal.. The bed was very uncomfortable. Everytime a movement was made the bed squeaked. Bed felt like you were sleeping on the box springs. The workers were loud moving room to room, yelling at back and forth to each other. room was clean and spacious. The amneties were nice.

One queen bed was broken & squeaked with every meal and some loud banging noise up on the roof all night

Fair When I checked in Friday October 24th, it took me 20 minutes to get my key for my room due to the person at the desk was training another person. Then they charged my room twice leaving me very little money for the rest of my stay. I finally got it straightened out this morning the 26th Oct. Not what I anticipated Not the cleanest to say the least. A lot of dogs and dog hair in the supposed cleaned rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times due to cleaning issues. After being told dogs weren’t allowed in the floors rooms. Found dog food on the floor in the 2nd room before changing to a third. Also was charged a extra night after my card was charged on initial check in day. Not satisfied for the most part. Location

Poor We had booked for two nights and after first night they stayed that Booking.com didn’t place us for two nights. They had bagged up all our stuff and was cleaning our room. I showed them on my phone where I had booked two nights. We had to move to another room ended up loosing my IPhone cord and had to buy another one they started it was in our belongings. Didn’t help our weekend. It was clean.
