Settling into a comfortable room was problematic but the proximity to amenities was great. It was my feeling that there is a different level of room experience when one books through the hotel itself as opposed to through a third party booking site. Underachieved Didn't like the 25 dollars extra charge on the debit card. Wasn't mention when I was reserved the room. The location. It's right by HEB.

Bad They couldn’t find my reservations plus had they been able to they were going to cancel them anyways. Front desk was rude. I had been without power for 2 days and I was looking for a warm place for my family and myself.

Bad Half the staff didn’t wear masks. I was horrified and uncomfortable. There were mask signs up that staff and customers ignored. I did not feel safe and it questioned cleanliness because of this. Cleaners of the room wore no masks while working in rooms. A booked party was allowed to happen where customers wore now masks. The hallway was the main walkway to get to the elevator. No one asked the customers to put masks on. Leaving. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating breakfast

Fair The staff is wonderful except the one night shift lady named tiffany I've been here for almost a month and I went to go smoke a cigarette on the side by the pool and well when I walked out the side door the cigarette bucket was on fire so me being hotel saver me poured my monster out on it so it would go out I'm surprised she didn't see all the smoke it was causing on the camera and so I took the trashcan lid off and empty the cig butt can after making sure it was completely out and put the lid back on the trash can and... read more
