Very Poor The receptionist was not knowledgeable about directions to this location and it was not accurate on google maps, also she did not tell my that breakfast (which is no longer a buffet, do to coVid, but merely a boxed of items randomly selected) ended at 9. Also the smoke detector in my room made a hissing sizzling noise which kept me up all night. It was clean. It was odor free.

Horrible There was nothing to like honestly. They did not advertise things being shut down. No locking safe in the room. No hangers for clothes. The fridge barely worked. No free breakfast was served. We literally only slept there for a few hours. When it was brought to managers attention they did not seem concerned or even caring. They told us to contact booking.com and that there was nothing for the hotel to do. Booking.com is now saying they can’t offer anything that the property has to do so. Fair The staff wasn’t kind or friendly, said there would be breakfast and pool but didn’t know there wouldn’t be until we got there

For the price I paid there was nothing available not even a coffee what a joke Understandable that the pool and other facilities were closed but they could’ve disclosed that in email confirmation. There wasn’t even breakfast available and the staff were not very warm and friendly. Clean looking and newly updated place

Poor I didn't like having to pay full price when none of the facilities were available. The bed and pillows were nice.

If you know about our prices, you are aware that in March we start increasing the rates and by this time (June) are rates are in the $200-300s range. Due to Covid-19 we have cut our rates down more than half, since we can't open any of our amenities.
The room was terrible I didn’t like anything it was horrible The property sucks. I didn’t have breakfast for 2 days and I pay for it. You guys should let me know before making the reservation.

Choose another hotel, I have stayed at this chain in other locations and this was disappointing This hotel is quite dated and not CLEAN. The face cloth in the room was DIRTY and towel was frayed with a hole. The staff (an entire family) was not friendly, welcoming nor helpful. Next time I am in the area I will spend the extra $30 and choose the Holiday Inn Express up the street. The ONLY positive thing about our stay was the low price!
