Okay Breakfast is very poor The location is good. Rooms are clean

Terrible Jacuzzi and staff The jacuzzi water was like warm. Their was cold water coming out of the jets in jacuzzi. The staff was rude to my boys. They watch you like your a criminal. I complained to the manager about the jacuzzi not being hot but Luke warm. The manager stated they do the minimal and could not change the water to be like and actual hot jacuzzi. The tempature in the area of pool and jacuzzi was cold as well. The bevages are $3.50 per soada tea or water. This place was over priced and staf was rude. I did not ... read more

Horrible experience thanks for asking Noisy in hallways. Toilet didn’t flush. Phone didn’t work. Tv cut out shower diverter was broken Caulk in shower disgusting Nothing

Dont stay here The bed was dirty with sand the first night, so we asked for the bedding to be changed the next morning. It was NOT. As we arrived back real late the second night, there was nothing the front desk said they could do, so we had to sleep in the same bed again. The tv remote had to be programmed by the front desk each night when we got back to the room. On top of all that they actually charged my debit card $200 for a security deposit even though we paid cash upon arrival. We complained upon checking out, and the... read more

Fair Whenever we asked the front desk for anything anything including towels or the wifi password we were given an attitude. In fact we were told no initially about the towels. Only after I asked why, was I told no one was there to bring them to the room and we would have to go to the front desk to pick them up. We also had to ask at 5:15pm for our room to be cleaned even though we did not have a do not disturb sign posted, but immediately at 11:05 they were quick to make sure we checked out on time. Staff stayed on his phone more then helping guests. We had a pillow that spelt rancid. I brought it to the front desk for another pillow, the guy stood there on his phone not even giving me attention. Finally asked if I could get another pillow because that one was rancid and he shook his head no, there are no other pillows.

Disappointed When I asked if we could check in 1.5 hours early I was told they did have a room available but it would cost $15 per hour which he somehow calculated to $30. I have stayed in hotels for over 30 years and never once had to pay to check in slightly early. When we checked out 2 hours early and asked for a rebate, I was laughed at and told no. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Ok but not up to Wyndham standards Night clerk not very pleasant Free breakfast

I think that their customer service and also the manager at that hotel needs some training in good a Longer breakfast time. The staff on the phone and the manager there were not friendly or accomodating. It is a ridiculous rule that for every hour you can check in they charge 15.00 per hour. did not get to breakfast. it ended to early
