Very Poor the cost for a stay in hotel as run down as this was robbery the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

Staff was rude and not helpful The facility is run down furniture broken and staff that don’t want to be there. Stay away.

For a Wyndham affiliated property not so great… “Breakfast included” was a joke. Due to COVID nothing really available. Not even packaged pastries. Coffee was HORRIBLE. Orange juice from machine HORRIBLE - basically water. Guests were going out for coffee and food to bring back. Breakfast information should be updated to fact that there isn’t breakfast during COVID time. Bad Horrible. Room had a lot of hair everywhere. We asked to get a different room but they refused. They cleaned that room again while we were waiting in the lobby. After that we went again into the room but there was still hair everywhere. Manager was rude and refused to talk to us. He was hiding in his office and didn't want to come our and speak. We tried to get our money back and leave. Denied. After 15 minutes Manager did come out of his office and said that he is kicking us out without giving our money back. DO NOT EVE... read more

They STOLE $450 from me AFTER I checked out in unfounded charges! They stole $450 and I am now fighting to get it reversed Location. My daughter was in the ICU

They stole money from me after check out Everything. Nasty customer service. And they stole $450 from me after I checked out Nothing. Rude staff. Dead hotel. Minimal guest

Very disappointed. We used to love coming here every year. SPA was cold. Price was high vs value. Breakfast was bad. Staff was condescending and rude when confronted about issues with towels and the SPA being cold.. Location is great. Fairly clean. Have had great experiences here in the past.

There were ants inside the bed. This wasn’t discovered until the morning. Not acceptable! Will notify Board of Health an Unhygienic!!!!! Bugs in bed. Nothing

It served its purpose. However the AC air was a serious issue. Couldn't even sleep. This time our room was unbearable. We stayed in Room 118. The AC was emitting a musty moisture in the air. The room needed a serious de-humidifier. I don't know why I didn't ask to be moved, but I didn't. But should have! I have stayed here before and enjoyed the stay.
