Sink and tub drain was clogged. Hot tub was Luke warm, pool temp was awful. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was shockin Property was fine Wasn’t too far to a beach.

WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED AT CHECK IN THAT THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPING; WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT HOUSEEPING SERVICES COULD BE PROVIDED AFTER 5 DAYS or WE WOULD HAVE REQUESTED. WHEN WE ASKED THE DESK ABOUT HOUSEKEEPING AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF HAVING NONE WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT WE COULD HAVE SERVICE AFTER 5 DAYS!!!!! LOCATION

Poor The hotel was what you would expect for a $100 a night hotel, not a $350 a night hotel. There was a spot of what looked like blood on the bedspread, door to the fridge scraped across the floor, caulking in the bathroom was not good, outlets were few and the one in the lamp didn't work. I tried to keep in mind that we are coming off of a pandemic, but at least have stain free bedding. Also, said that there was free breakfast; however, there wasn't anything offered. Dishonest Staff, terrible customer service We booked a room for 4 adults, arrived at the property and were told by a sullen desk clerk that the understanding of our booking was between us and the app - he checked us into a room for 3 adults even though we showed him our email from Booking.com stating the room was supposed to sleep 4. They did not offer an upgrade and so we left This property is very close to West Long Branch beach which was our destination. The room was clean but very small

Poor The room smelled weird. The carpet floor under the AC was completely wet, I don’t know why. We went in and there was no soap placed in the bathroom. The little fridge did not work! The room was spacious.

Bad Didn’t give us any towels after first day. No hairdryer no tissues in room and we ran out of toilet paper. They didn’t replace. No breakfast but given a pitiful bag of fruit cup granola bar water and oh. Not worth it at all It was very close to the racetrack which we were going to for 3 days
