okay for a last minute trip. wouldn’t stay here again. They said there was breakfast but there actually wasn’t. got moved 3 different rooms before we got put into one that was acceptable. rooms smelt like smoke even with the no smoking policy and AC didn’t work. Customer service wasn’t good and didn’t try hard to accommodate us. location is the only good thing

It was horrid Service, quality The staff was cold, not friendly, the room had one tiny bar of soap, I had to wait at the desk at checkout until my rook was inspected to be refunded the $250 security deposit, overall not a great experience
Poor The staff are very attentive and helpful, but the price of the hotel does not make up for what you receive. There were no glasses for water, no water to drink, it says it includes breakfast and it doesn't, they only serve coffee. A single bar of soap in the bathroom. And Booking.com doesn't make it better. I didn't like the experience There was an older man in the reception, for the night shift, he was so attentive and helpful. He is the only one reason to don't rate the hotel worse.
