Staff stayed on his phone more then helping guests. We had a pillow that spelt rancid. I brought it to the front desk for another pillow, the guy stood there on his phone not even giving me attention. Finally asked if I could get another pillow because that one was rancid and he shook his head no, there are no other pillows.

Disappointed When I asked if we could check in 1.5 hours early I was told they did have a room available but it would cost $15 per hour which he somehow calculated to $30. I have stayed in hotels for over 30 years and never once had to pay to check in slightly early. When we checked out 2 hours early and asked for a rebate, I was laughed at and told no. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I think that their customer service and also the manager at that hotel needs some training in good a Longer breakfast time. The staff on the phone and the manager there were not friendly or accomodating. It is a ridiculous rule that for every hour you can check in they charge 15.00 per hour. did not get to breakfast. it ended to early

Niet supermodern masr accomodatie voldoet Handdoeken en linnen had een grauwe kleur en waren wat dun. Het kingsize bed sliep heerlijk. Ontbijt was goed en variatie genoeg.

Fair Room wasn’t cleaned on two separate occasions. Towels weren’t replaced on several occasions. No tea bags in the room at all (I don’t drink coffee). Person cleaning the room did not speak any English. Location

Very Poor The room was never cleaned before we arrived. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The sheets on the bed had stains and hair left behind from a previous guest. The mouse droppings along the wall of the room were a nice touch. A non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. There was no housekeeper on staff to clean the room and they would not move us to a different room. Okay It kinds smelled like cigarettes or incense. The room, pillows werent good at all. The bathroom door opened up into the mirror in the bathroom and the shower and tub were extremely outdated. I liked the staff they were very nice. I liked they had a pool and breakfast in the morning.

Perfect location but hotel itself could be better. Towels we received still had make up residue from previous person that used them it smelled like it was laundered but was still dirty, sink seamed clogged and water didn’t drain properly. Also the corner shelf caddy in the bathtub was broken. AC was turned on and it smelled like filter needs changing.
