Not hsppy We had to wait over an hour to get checked in. Computers not working. Nothing was said or done to make us comfortable. No real apologies. We were exhausted It was a lovely fresh room

Pleasant The staff seamed clueless, had trouble checking in kept telling me my card was denied the whole time the guy was entering the wrong number manually entering the wrong number then I got to the room and the door wouldn’t open because he didn’t activate the key during my stay I had to get me key reactivated twice. Also the pool they were using straight bleach not chlorine gone on one of my towels in it and change the color. My eyes were burning for hours. Clean, location,

not worth a penny I paid!!!! I had to call front desk twice at 12:30 am and 1 am because a large group of people were in back parking lot playing music from their car very loudly and sitting on beach chairs!!!!. Desk lady said what do you want me to do? Call police!!!! YEs you call or I will!!!! did not sleep!!! poor! too early after a sat night party!

The staff at front desk was amazing, they were very helpful. No towels, no service and bathrooms were dirty. Didn't have the breakfast, location was good.

$100 deposit was not mentioned at booking or confirmation. Staff was not able to help. The chlorine in the indoor pool was so unbearable we could only be there for 10 mins. My little ones were unable to breathe
