Fair The place just seems outdated. I was very upset with the look of the hotel. Usually my stays at the La Quinta Inn is awesome, to the point when I am super blown away by the hotel and how high class it was. But unfortunately, with this stay, I had to go to Walgreens and buy bleach and lysol because I was not comfortable in the hotel. I'm glad I only booked one night. The beach was very close, so i was able to make it to the beach bright and early.

Subpar Shower needed a total rehab and the hallway carpet needs replacing. The free breakfast stops at 9:00am and the food and coffee ran out at 8:30. Breakfast should end at checkout 11:00 Location

Upgrades are needed. The bathroom needs a major overhaul. There were no place to hang your towels, no racks. Also they ran out of clean towels and hand towels. The front door to the room jams. The hallway carpet needs a good cleaning. The location was good for this hotel.

booked 2 night sick child had to leave after 1 staff charge me for both nights +$220 add after Out Very rude unhelpful staff. No manager for two days to speak with. Staff would not contact manager by phone or give me a number to contact manager. Front desk inexperienced, unhelpful. Had to check out 1 night early would not refund the night after check out without my knowledge they charged an additional $220 for me checking out early. Called once I found out about charge after I left and the manager has still not contacted me.... read more

Fair The whole hotel need a major interior upgrade, door handles broken, carpet riped and frayed, cabnitey hinges falling off. And a small iratation the breakfast arrangement was that it took forever to get through. Well there is a great need for upgrading, the rooms where clean as well as the linen

Could have been better Maid service and customer service we didn't get properly restocked on clean towels after our old ones were taken away and toilet paper and facial tissue from the maids and not even after asking the front desk. Yes
