Poor The room had always a humid smell, the breakfast was always the same, very poor option for breakfasts, the bathroom and the sheet they where not clean, and the last night they where no towels at all, it was hard to take a shower. The pool

Conveniently close to the beach but not comfortable and not worth it for the money. Hard uncomfortable mattresses and flat lumpy pillows and the alarm clock in the room was preset for 6am which we couldn’t have known and woke us up! we woke up with sore necks and not enough sleep. Breakfast was Nothing special and none of the staff during breakfast speaks English. Close drive to the beach.

Fair The wifi was awful. The breakfast was very poor, low quality products and poor healthy selection. Not fresh fruit, unacceptable fruit salad etc. Location that's about it

Poor Service & facilities @ La Quinta The bedrooms are in need of attention. Chipped furniture, cabinet doors hanging off or missing, stained baths and rusting toilet roll holders. The main issue was the Manager and cleaning staff. This booking was for a local place to stay for a family wedding and not one of the booking.com rates were honoured by the manager on arrival. I had to call booking.com to get it sorted and even then one guest was charged~$2000 for a 3 night stay that should have been $445! We had to argue with the... read more

Poor Check in took extremely long and there were only two people ahead of me. Staff walking around and in the back, not busy, but did not assist at the check in counter. No restaurant or bar and breakfast was stopped at 9 am.

Disgusting experience terrible place This was a horrible experience! The room was clearly NOT cleaned there was facial hair shavings all over even on the toilet roll there was a USED SOAP in the bathroom and hair in the shower. And toilet paper in toilet not flushed ALL of which I unfortunately found AFTER I had settled in. My husband drove a long way to meet me and was half asleep when I went to shower.
