Poor Smell of mold mildew. Had to leave due to Key cards didn't always work. Staff yelling at each other causing a scene in front of guests.

Good hotel with bad policies and personal. The staff was not friendly. The cleaning staff didn't have clean towels on time. The hotel charged $15 for every hour you want to check in early although the hotel was almost empty. The hotel is several miles from the beach with almost nothing around the hotel. The facility was clean, the rooms and the beds were large and comfortable.

Básico con servicio mediocre Personal de recepción nada agradable, y no da ningún información. Tuvimos que preguntar al personal de limpieza (muy amable por cierto) cómo llegar al cuarto, dónde era el elevador, dónde era el desayuno, clave de internet, etc. Al hacer el checkout el día siguiente otra persona nos atendió con la misma mala actitud. No tiene elevador al piso dónde nos hospedamos. En la noche muy ruidosa. Ubicación bien. Desayuno sencillo pero completo.

It was okay staying The girl that took care of us when we first walked in was super rude! I asked for one bed with a crib for my newborn baby and she threw the pack and play at me with the attitude like oh figure out on your own plus she made me pay extra because I wanted to check in early although on the booking website I said I wanted to check in early because of the baby. I like how clean the place was and the location was perfect for my family.

La quinta Needs updating, rooms could be cleaner and beds definitely need better pillows. Size of room and beds were comfortable.
