we will never recomend or stay at an l/q again they had no pet friendly rooms left. p/f was not mentioned on the booking.we were on our own to find a place to stay after an hour we found a Hilton that was p/f .it was vastly superior to any l/q we have stayed at. nothing

Fomos instados pelo meu irmão, que reside nos Estados Unidos, a nos hospedar nessa rede hoteleira em função do ótimo atendimento que teve em Baltimore. Grande decepção!!! Disgusting The receptionist was not trained , the hotel is worn out , paint chipping off the doors , the bed linen is worn to threads , overpowering smell of chemicals in the room . I used the coffè in the room the first day but it was not replaced , so there was no coffee in the room after they. The Breakfast ! Ha ! What a joke ! There was 1 sausage there , the eggs were all gone ,no scrambled or boiled so I decided to have some cereal , there were three containers, two were empty , so I had the one that was left then found... read more
