Standard Motel No maid service. Always had ro ask for towels...wouldn't give us extra. No breakfast per the listing.

Poor quality. Using COVID as an excuse to not provide the basics. We had to ask for the basic necessities such as toilet paper, tissue, towels, iron and ironing board upon checking in. There was no hangers available or coffee pot in the room. The towels were very old and had holes in them. Shower faucet doesn’t even touch the wall which means water and mold. Bad The Bathroom had molds. The breakfast included was super inadequate, it was a brown bag with a granola bar and a homemade fruit cup and an oatmeal cookie with water. Not even a continental breakfast. Front desk staff was not apptoachable at all. Seems like the old lady needs to retire. Sorry not sorry but if you're in the hotel business I think that Hospitality and approachableness is key which this place is lacking. The hallways were dark and there were no housekeeping available. Horrible costumer service! My husband and I arrived at 9:30 pm and walked in nicely and quiet into the building to check in. The guy over at the desk was super rude. Didn’t even make eye contact or looked up or say “hi” or anything to welcome us. Basically just threw the papers at us and the pen. And just told me to insert my card to check in. Not as advertised Disclaimer: their pictures are very outdated in the advertisement. Pictures something a lot dimmer with gray sad undertones. I arrived at the check-in at 3 pm. There were two people behind the counter and they were very slow although there was a line forming. One gentle in the back of the line stated ” I'm checking in but, I need to use the bathroom.” the woman who appeared to be the manager told him there was NO restroom he could use he’d have to wait until he checked in.
