Fair Not enough towels, and the towels also smelled as if they washed to many at once with no detergent. Also not enough toilet paper. Breakfast

Okay Bathroom was dirty missing tiles . Staff weren’t friendly asked for towels they told us they didn’t have any and when they did we would have to come get them from the desk because there was not any housekeeping at 3 pm Close to the beach

While the motel was close to the shore town of Long Branch, it was not comfortable. I had asked for a room on the no pet floor. Even though the room we were in was in the no let section, there was a barking dog in the room next door. The room also had a musty smell. The location of LaQuinta was great....10 minutes. from Long Branch. The motel was clean.

Good wifi did not work.....electronic door did not work entering from the outside...room had musty smell ....my son had the exact room, same dates, with 3 kids and was over $100 less.....the staff did not know why except the reservations were not made at the same time....the front desk seemed to be dazed and confused (although they were pleasant) buffet breakfast

It was a terrible experience. The staff was not nice, the manager told me that he would call the police on me because I took a look at the papers I signed. The room had a smell to it when you walked in. The sheets and towels were dingy and had spots on them. The toilet backed up in ther tub while I took a shower. COmplained to the manager and he told me that I should have looked for another hotel to stay if there were some many problems. I told him I would have if there were another one available. Everywhere was sold out.

I think staff needs training and the physical condition of rooms need to be more carefully checked. The air conditioning barely worked. The room smelled really musty. There was a small puddle of water on the floor near the nightstand when I checked in. The older gentleman who checked me in did not seem to really know what he was doing. The bed was comfortable

The worst experience I’ve ever had Took me an hour to check in, even though I booked it days prior. They said they didn’t have a room (they had enough time to tell me before I got there) I finally get a room, I go up there lug all my bags up stairs and the room is dirty.
