Very Poor There was not much that I liked - the amount of money it cost for the facility as it was - absolutely outrageous .. no extra toilet paper in the room , bathrooms were not cleaned .. rooms were gloomy Overall horrible experience Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone Only positive was the quick ride to pier village

Okay Coffee maker in the room was broken Hotel is run-down, but the rooms are updated Pool/spa was not in operation and we were not notified nor compensated. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and out process was simple and efficient

Not great Pool was not open and they don't tell you until you arrive. Door locks worked sporadically causing long walks to desk to get cards reset. Even had to take off the door knob once to get ibto room. Only 2 thin towels per room. Bit you dont have a lot of choices around there. Breakfast a c-. Locatoon.

Very disappointed after giving a phone call to me at 2:30 when I supposed to write arrive at 3 o' I had a call from the hotel on Saturday stating that they preen was close for service no pool and could not give me a discount Did not want to work with me

Terrible servicio Todo la Maneger del hotel hasta mentiroso me dijo delante de otros huéspedes me alegó que tenían un letrero cuando hice el check in que no tenían piscina disponible el cual no era cierto y esa era la razón para quedarme en el hotel En realidad muy poco me gusto
