Accommodations were fine. But for 97.00 I could have had my staff stay several other places. An absolute surprise request for a credit card, in addition to the pre-paid room reservation our boss had already paid the hotel. When I refused to give them MY credit card, they reluctantly accepted $100 cash deposit instead; which they were to refund to me the next day. It was NOT a pleasant experience. They returned my 100 deposit as promised--but charged by boss's charge card for the room, which was not the agreement under bookin... read more

Ok say The pool was ice cold and the “hot tub” was room temperature. The cleaning staff were very rude. Check out was at 11 and the front desk called at 9 to make sure we were leaving.

TERRIVEL NADA ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! Absolutamente nada foi bom na minha hospedagem. A piscina nao estava funcionando, estava em manutencao. Aluguei um apartamento que o hotel dizia ter uma cozinha completa, na verdade tinha fogao, mas nao tinha utensilios basicos como: faca, garfos, colheres, panelas, ou seja uma cozinha inutil. Por ultimo o pessoal que trabalha no hotel, chefe das camareiras extremamente mal educada e incoveniente. NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDO NESSE LUGAR !!! Fair I was charged a smoking fee of $250, although there was no smoking INSIDE the room. The smoke detectors never went off, which were located right in the center of the room, which would indicate smoking in the room. I received a call 3 hours after i checked out indicating i was being charged that fee. Cleanliness

Poor If I could, I would ask my Money back. Worst experience ever. Dirty!! Never been to this kind of a dirty place. Only OK thing was that staff are friendly. Stinky place!! Staff are fine

Not too comfortable place to rest Did not try hard to pleased the guests The Guest claim that the bed are too hard, and the breakfast too limited selections.
