Wasn’t the worst stay, but I’m big on comfort so I will not be staying here again. The water wasn’t that hot. Room temperature at best. The room and counter tops were freezing and once the heater finally got warm it was unbaringly stuffy. Refridgerator was coming apart. Didn’t have a safe in the room.. I liked that it was located near a lot of stores, 711, mall.. room was clean. Staff were polite.

pleasant but dangerous Big problem: there was no "grab bar" in the bathroom. For us older patrons balance can be a problem. I found the bathroom to be dangerous. My partner and I had to help each other in and out of the shower to prevent a fall due to slippery tile. While I found things I liked I will not stay again; nor can I recommend to anyone due to safety factor. clean, quiet, and comfortable

I'm glad I only had to stay one night. For me the shower head didn't work well when I wanted to take a shower. Half of the water was still coming out of the shower faucet and half out of there shower head so there wasn't any pressure to take a shower. The ceiling above the shower was very dirty. Lastly, the lighting in the room was incredible poor. The breakfast was good and the place was clean. The person at the desk did tell us the easiest ways to get to our room.

It was ok a place to stay! I don’t think I’d stay there again! There was an odor to the room, the breakfast was not great, they had very hot hard boiled eggs still in the shell difficult to peel! Coffee ran out, danish and fruit miniature size! Easy access to the hotel and near the venue

Ok but did not respect price Did not get price that I book with you so will not book again with booking.com Close to mall
