Fair We booked a room with 2 beds, but the staff told us they currently have only rooms with 1 bed because of a company providing bedding services. After having to go to the reception desk 2 times a day, we eventually got another room with two beds, and the staff took care of the resort fee for the first two days. This is definitely not sufficient reimbursement, as we essentially got 50% of the booked accommodation for the first three nights of our stay. Worst hotel on the planet. Plenty more options in town than this dump Trish. Trish is the customer service representative that charged me 200 more than the booking and would not take two forms of payment. Cash and card or card and card Nothing. Cost 200 dollars more than what booking said it would be

Fun atmosphere, but horrible customer hospitality. Not very friendly people work there. Well, where do I start? Our hot water in our room went out, so it took up a whole half of our day since we wanted to shower. The person who came to give us updates didn't speak any English, and my Spanish is rusty. Horrible It was dirty. Someone’s false eyelashes were stuck to bathroom floors. The carpet was filthy. Stains on the bathroom doors no Kleenex . I was disgusted Location

Won't stay there again I left a special pillow that I need for sleeping in the room 933, I called several times the front desk didnt seem concerned and house keeping said they would look but never answered everything I called
