The checkin was confusing since Lady Luck’s front desk was closed

My room was excellent and clean. The cafe was a little late opening cause of employee not showing up but that’s not held against you. Out of your control.

Never had a problem staying at Lady luck hotel always very nice but this last time, I was disappointed because the bathroom was not very clean.

Great hotel but lacking in room service. My wife and I went up to Blackhawk for a get away for her and I to spend some quality time together and have a little fun. The Lady Luck was a great choice, the room was perfect, we were at the end of the hall and it was quiet. The Lady that checked us in told us we would really like the room and that we had an extra window because it was at the end of the hallway which was really nice during the day because of the extra sunlight. Lady Luck Fun Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent, freshly remodeled, beautiful and spacious. Very quiet, comfortable, and clean.
