Very hot - none of us were able to sleep well at all. The AC & the toilet did not work. They were unable to move us to a different room & we were not offered any compensation. N/A

It was comfortable for the night but def not a great experience. A/C was not working spent a lot of time trying to get staff to help us with the situation, they brought us a fan, helped a little. The bathroom had blood splattered on the door and the ceiling. I liked the location.

I would never stay here again. It was very hard to sleep because the room was way to warm. Only one of the two elevators worked. The fridge was barely cold. The coffee maker was broke. The hair dryer didn't work. The staffs response time to fix the issues was terrible. I called to report the problems at about 8 a.m. and they still weren't fixed by 4:30 p.m. So I called again. They finally came. Brought a new coffee maker and left the broken one. Removed the in-op hair dryer and just left the new one on the counter. The fan t... read more

It was OK for an up-and-down trip Elevator was very shaky. The room was very bland. The comforters were very thin. I expected a little more for what it cost. There was no room service or anything couldn’t find a pool or any amenities. The quiet room
