Fair Had a hard time checking in. Charged more than stated and housekeeping walked in on my husband getting out the shower and 9am. 2 hours before check out. Talked to the manager and he couldn't even apologize all he said was they start knocking at 9.. That was very rude and unprofessional! Won't be staying there again.. It was nice and clean. Comfortable.

Fair No staff for check in. Lots of walking. Room bathroom faucet in backwards. Coffee maker didn't work and no microwave. House keeping was good. Comfortable room

Bad The smell of the carpet.. the whole room smelled by. Good thing I had a candle and lysol and deodorizing, spray. The staff was very friendly in the front desk. The room smelled like pee . Awful smell . We got no room service. Until we requested it on sunday finally. The room was not clean. The walls were dirty. The carpet was filthy.

Poor Hotel came with the Heater cranked to max, impossible to cool down and wasn’t able to check in till 4:30 am the next day after I got there in the morning same day I scheduled my stay for.

I never checked in and have resolved to never check in at Lady Luck. Thanks for asking. I booked through booking.com and hidden in the booking.com site it mentioned a resort fee and that fee raised the price of the room to a price I was unwilling to pay. I felt Lady Luck was indifferent to my concern about the somewhat hidden resort fee. This concern was with the supervisor and booking.com and with the resort fee not being prominently displayed on the website.
