Every thing was good except the bed was to hard and there wasn't any counter space in the bath room.

Great location. Black hawk is such a cute little town! The room was nice and updated the only issue i had was the sheets were rough and when someone moved at night it was so loud. But other than that it was a pleasant stay!

We've recently increased our front desk staffing levels after the COVID pandemic depleted this department. There was no comforter on the bed so we were cold all night. We got locked out of our room and there was nobody at the desk so we had to call and wait forever.
